Terms & Conditions

Account & Payment Terms and Conditions – Effective 1st August 2025

  1. Account Setup:

    • All customer accounts must be prearranged and verified by Morrison’s Saddlery & Feed.

    • When establishing a new account, payment must be made upfront in full for the first three (3) months of account activity.

    • After the initial three months, and once the account has been verified, normal account terms will apply.

    • From 1st August 2025, all new accounts must be established using an Account Application Form. References provided in the application will be contacted as part of the verification process.
       

  2. Payment Terms:

    • All invoices are due for payment by the 20th of the month following the date of invoice.

    • From 1st August 2025, any outstanding invoices not paid by the due date will incur a late payment fee, applied monthly from the 1st day of the month following the due date, until the account is settled in full.
       

  3. Payment Methods:

    • Payment may be made by:

      • Bank transfer

      • Credit or debit card

      • Cash (in-store only)
         

  4. General Conditions

    • Morrison’s Saddlery & Feed reserves the right to suspend or close any account with overdue balances.

    • Accounts may be reviewed or revoked at any time if payment obligations are not met.

    • By operating an account with Morrison’s Saddlery & Feed, you agree to these terms and conditions.
